We at Hanna Perkins are saddened to learn of the Sept. 4 passing Billie Osborne-Fears after a brief illness. She was executive director of Starting Point – Northeast Ohio’s referral agency for child care, early childhood education and other child-related resources.
Osborne-Fears was a tireless advocate for children and families across Northeast Ohio, and a leader in the push for Universal Pre-Kindergarten in Cleveland. She was a friend of Hanna Perkins Center, and has helped countless families find the resources they needed to support their children’s growth.
Our hearts go out to her friends, family and associates.
