Ruth L. Hall first trained as a speech and hearing pathologist. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Western Michigan University in special education and her Masters Degree from CWRU 1959. She taught in the Battle Creek public schools for two years before coming to Cleveland. She worked at the United Cerebral Palsy Association here in Cleveland until she entered Training at the Hanna Perkins Center. She has been on faculty at Hanna Perkins since l975. She was on staff at Hanna Perkins as Director of Therapy from 1981 til 1996. She remained thereafter as a clinic associate. Throughout she has worked with mothers in treatment via the parent in The Hanna Perkins School and with individual children in the clinic. She has published several articles in Hanna Perkins publications and conducted consultation groups with local Nursery schools. She participated in the TRW consultation in preschools project. She has also been the therapist teacher in the toddler group classroom. Email
