Summary
The Hanna Perkins School in Shaker Heights has a job opening for an Apprentice Teacher beginning at the end of August 2021. The Hanna Perkins School is a program that offers a specialized focus on child development. Our teachers help young children develop social, emotional skills using an approach centered around developing an understanding of feelings. The apprentice teacher would work 8:00-4:00 five days a week in a mentorship with two seasoned Hanna Perkins teachers in a classroom with three and four-year-old children. This teacher would also spend time receiving mentorship and learning in the kindergarten classroom as the year progresses.
